After spending a fortnight in the hospital recovering from a significant abdominal surgery, Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has expressed her gratitude in her first statement since returning home to her husband, Prince William, and their three children on Monday.

Specifically, the Duchess extended a special thanks to the “diligent nursing staff” at the London Clinic, where she underwent abdominal surgery on January 16.
