A royal expert has criticized Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their silence following the release of Omid Scobie’s book, “Endgame.” The book, released in November, made sensational claims about the Royal Family, with Scobie’s attacks deemed “poisonous” by the expert.

Royal commentator Michael Cole asserted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s distancing from the book was insufficient and suggested it would have been wise for them to explicitly state their lack of connection to it. Cole emphasized that Scobie’s attacks were damaging and hurtful to members of the Royal Family, particularly King Charles and the Prince of Wales.

“Endgame” portrays Prince William as “hot-headed” with a temper and suggests rivalry between King Charles and the heir to the throne due to differing opinions on monarchy. Despite the controversial content, none of the royals have commented on the book, maintaining a “business as usual” approach.

Another royal expert, Charles Rae, expressed skepticism about any reconciliation between Harry and his family in the new year. Rae, a former royal correspondent for The Sun, stated that an olive branch from the King or Harry is “just not going to happen.” He suggested that Harry and Meghan are now in the wilderness and predicted they would remain there for the foreseeable future.
