Grant Harrold, a former royal butler, has shared insights into Prince William and Kate Middleton’s plans for a robust return to royal duties following the Princess’s recent abdominal surgery. Harrold believes that once Kate has recovered, the couple will resume their responsibilities promptly.

As reported by Express.co.uk, He expressed optimism, stating, “The sooner her recovery, I’m sure the sooner the pair will get back to carrying out their royal duties together, which is something that I think they enjoy.”

Highlighting Prince William’s supportive role, Harrold added, “I think they’ll be keen to get back to normal with it. There won’t be a huge team there on hand. It’ll be her husband who’ll mainly be doing that, helping her to get back onto her feet.”

Kate Middleton underwent planned abdominal surgery at the London Clinic on January 16 and returned home on January 29 for further recovery. An official statement from Kensington Palace assured the public of Kate’s progress and expressed gratitude to the medical team. The Wales family also thanked well-wishers worldwide.

While Kate’s spokesperson mentioned that she will commence her royal duties after Easter, Harrold’s perspective sheds light on the couple’s dedication to resuming their roles following the health scare.
